Thank you to all my long time clients in Dallas and New York City. I have loved photographing you and your pups! I’d like to announce my next adventure – moving to Canada!
The natural beauty of Vancouver is stunning everywhere you look and I cannot wait to begin exploring all the new amazing locations and breathtaking vistas in British Columbia. I am also looking forward to the accessible healthcare and lower chances of being a victim of a mass shooting.
Canada, here I come!
In the international move, I lost several years of my blog so if you are looking for a specific post you were featured in, just contact me!

I met up with Cece (a Dachsund/Beagle Mix) at Klyde Warren Park. The morning light there is just absolutely gorgeous! Cece kept cracking me up because anytime you pick her up or move her, she just goes entirely limp! She is definitely a cuddler and is like putty in your hands. The first and last images really show what I’m talking about…Thanks for a great session, Cece!

Lexi is the most chill dog I have EVER photographed! Which is especially surprising considering that she is a Labrador/German Shepherd mix. I have two labs myself, and I would certainly never describe them as chill – especially when there are new people to play with or new places to explore! Luckily, Lexi was up for anything and always attentive, never straying more than a few feet from us even when she was off the leash. And look at her sweet, natural smile! She was an absolute pleasure to photograph. Her dad recently retired from his career as a firefighter so we spent most of their session at the firehouse. We were even able to use the truck and put Lexi in it for a few shots. How fun is that??

George’s mom works in the Dallas Arts District, so of course that made it the perfect spot for his photo session! Even though he is a Westie on the outside, George has the heart of a retriever. As soon as I brought out the tennis ball, he was raring to go! Just check out that fierce determination as his fur flies in the wind! He was seriously into it! And fetching isn’t his only trick, he is also an agility dog. He showed off a bit of his repertoire on an empty bike rack. George has so much personality (I was cracking up while editing all his funny out-takes) and I’m so glad I was able to capture and preserve these memories for his mom and dad!
